We’ve got the vicar coming over  tomorrow to talk weddings and the house is a tip. I have less than 24 hours to make it presentable and instead of doing that I’m writing a blog post. Also I said that Jem and Benjie can keep some boxes here whilst they’re in limbo and I have no idea where they can actually go. Add onto that my spare room full of rubbish and maybe you’ll see why I am procrastinating a little. It’s too much for one person!

I am really excited about the vicar coming though, I don’t know how much we’ll actually achieve tomorrow but the thought that we are making a definate step towards getting married is more than enough to make me happy.

Now…back to the hard work

Been so tired recently. Can’t work out what it is but no matter when I sleep or for how long I spend most of the day feeling really tired.

On another note, the wedding at the weekend was beautiful, many tears were shed and much dodgy dancing was suffered. Big congrats to Mal and Rich!

I’ve just noticed that Zemanta appears to have disappeared…I’d better look for that.

Just finished work for the weekend so we can go to Plymouth tomorrow for Mal’s wedding. I’m hearing rumours about train strikes so I’m not sure that we’ll be able to get home but we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.

I still can’t get over the fact that the 4 girls i’ve been closest to in my life are all getting married within 18 months of each other. I’m so happy for all of them but more than a little jealous. When will it be my turn?

Happy Birthday to my daddy today.

It’s been a ridiculously hot day today so Lappy (the laptop) and I went outside for a bit to bask like a snake. Gareth has been very lazy and not moved off the sofa since he fell on it at 10 this morning. Been doing some forum work with Jem, well Jem’s been doing the work and I’ve been making hopefully helpful encouraging noises. It looks a lot nicer now thanks to her hard work.

In other news I appear to have a cold. Someone in another garden said ‘Bless you‘ a few times whilst I was outside sneezing. That was surprisingly civil for this area!

Just testing this stuff out and giving Zemanta and it’s swishness a whirl. Then I’ll be off to a BBQ at my parents place. Yum! Now I gotta work out, how much swish stuff is TOO much swish stuff. Now I’m off to catch the bus!
